An adult comedy about a marriage and a dog.
When Greg, a middle-aged financial trader frustrated with his job and uncertain about his life, brings home a stray dog with nothing on her tag but the name "Sylvia," his wife Kate is less than thrilled. With their children in college and Kate's career taking off, the last thing Kate wants is a dog. But as Sylvia begins to take up more of their lives, and more of Greg's attention and affection, Kate fears her husband may be slipping away. Can their marriage possibly survive Sylvia?
Frustrated with their lives, shuffled aside by their boyfriends/husbands, and desperate to raise money, a group of friends form a punk rock band to enter a contest at a local punk club with hilarious results.
